Swell Counselling Services Downtown Victoria
You can access our office from either Fort Street or Meares Street - it's in the same building as the Blue Fox Cafe.
Between 8am and ~5:45pm, the office can be accessed from either side of the building, as the gates to the courtyard are unlocked during these times. We are in unit 102, and you will see the "Swell" logo on the entrance door.
If your appointment is after 5:45pm on weekdays, or 6pm on weekends, the gates to the inner courtyard of the building are locked for security purposes. After those times, please meet your counsellor at the Meares Street entrance to the courtyard and they will let you in through the gate. If you arrive early, feel free to text 250-381-7888 to let Amelia know, and if she is available she will come and let you in at or before your appointment time.
Metered parking is available along both streets, or there is free 2 hour parking a block or two away, along Vancouver Street and Burdette Avenue.
** FYI for Accessibility ** - there is a small step at the entrance of the offices, and within the office itself.
